I discovered numerous articles related to stress and how meditation can enhance self-awareness and stress management. Since I had not used Headspace before and had little experience with meditation apps, I decided to try an introductory exercise. I clicked on the link for “Stress 101,” which seemed suitable for beginners like myself (https://www.headspace.com/stress/stress-101). I found the experience engaging; as I followed the instructions, I began to close my eyes, and shortly after, the instructions suggested that I could do so if I wished. The beginner video lasted just over a minute, but it left me eager to try more exercises. While there are free features within the app, accessing the full version requires a subscription. I will need to consider this further and explore other free options, but overall, I can see how Headspace could assist in resetting and alleviating the stress our minds create.

After reviewing the features offered by Microsoft Teams and learning how to initiate its use, I found another link on the site that provided additional information, including a video titled “What Is Microsoft Teams?” (n.d.).

I assessed the credibility of these resources based on the fact that they originate from Microsoft, the company behind the product. I also downloaded Microsoft Teams through the link recommended by my organization. Upon opening the application for the first time, I encountered a link that directed me to the same site, reinforcing its credibility.

For my second digital tool selection, I chose to investigate Headspace, as I had not previously heard of it.
