Scavenger Hunt Reflection

I have learned so many new things that I didn’t know before this scavenger hunt assignment. I feel accomplished because I have gained new knowledge. From cognitive differences to ontological humility, I have learned concepts that I can apply in my business today. Understanding ontological humility presented a learning curve for me. Writing a paper was challenging, but I realized its importance.

Accomplishments for me include learning the true meaning and history behind business management instead of just using the term. Everyone knows what business management is, but do they truly understand it? This class has helped me become a better business owner, coworker, employer, manager, and entrepreneur.

It has also helped me become a better person. I have developed cognitive thinking skills that I never knew I needed and learned new topics that could benefit me in the future. The skills I have gained from this scavenger hunt will assist me throughout my time at Capella. Although the class started complicated, the scavenger hunt was greatly beneficial.
