Reflection I’ve learned so many new things that I didn’t know before this scavenger hunt assignment. I feel accomplished because I’ve learned so many new things. From cognitive differences to ontological humility, I’ve learned many things that I can use in my business today. Learning curves for me was trying to understand ontological humility. Writing a paper was challenging, but I realized that it’s very much needed. Accomplishments for me are learning what business management meant instead of just using the term business management. Everyone knows what business management is, but do they know the true meaning and history behind business management? This class helped me learn to be a better business owner, coworker, employer, manager, and entrepreneur. It has helped me to be a better person. I’ve learned cognitive thinking skills that I never knew I needed. And I’ve learned new topics that could help me in the future. All the skills I’ve learned from this scavenger hunt will help me throughout my time at Capella. This class started complicated but doing this scavenger hunt helped a lot.
