Impact of Learning Styles on Learning Performance during the Pandemic: Annotated Bibliography
Effects of Online Learning on Saudi Primary Students
Introduction
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning styles forever; online classes are the new normal, and students have to adapt to the new learning style. Teachers and learners have to look for alternative methods of studying, and it has been determined that learning styles have a significant effect on students’ performance. Students who are not well prepared to take online classes are the most affected by this learning style. Additionally, barriers to accessing online classes have had a significant impact on the learning outcome of most young students.

Using online forums for learning has significantly affected students’ performance since the mode of learning is vital in maximizing the accomplishment of students. The learning process comprises three main features; the input, which is what the teacher provides to students, the learning process, and finally, the results (116). The process is an essential element since it largely determines the outcome. The research discovered that learning performance was higher for students using auditory learning styles than visual learning styles (120).
Conclusion: Even though learning has affected outcomes in the majority of the schools, there are other factors to consider that are directly linked to learning outcomes other than the style of learning. The use of precise data and the representation of the findings on tables and graphs have shown how online learning has affected learning outcomes. However, the article does not clearly explain how other factors other than learning style have affected students’ learning outcomes.
