| My personal worldview values ensure that I make all decisions related to patients and as well as relationships with other care providers in a manner that aligns with ethical principles and guidelines in healthcare. My personal worldview values also ensure that my approaches in practice are inclusive and open to the ideas of others. This influences my propensity towards making collaborative decisions, which include the patient and other parties, including care providers. My personal worldview values have ensured and will always ensure that I make decisions in a manner that considers personal factors such as the culture of the patients I serve. This means making culturally sensitive decisions in my current and future professional practice. Additionally, my personal worldview values require me to be accountable for my actions. Therefore, they guide my decisions so that I am always ready to take responsibility for the outcomes of such decisions. |
