Critical Reflection Leadership is certainly one of the most vital organisational elements. It is because leadership is a significant force that greatly contributes to organisations overall well-being. By strong leadership of Jack Welch and Lee Iacocca, companies such as General Electric and Chrysler were transformed from the verge of ruin to becoming two of the world's most successful companies[ CITATION Rob07 \l 1033 ]. Strong nations such as the United States of America, Britain, Australia, France and India are currently among the world's most influential nations on the wings of successful leadership. Leadership can be defined as the management’s ability to take proactive action, accomplish ambitious objectives and encourage others. Leadership helps to identify course in finding the best goal for the business. Strong leadership shows employees how to perform efficiently and through organisational efficiency. In front of other employees, they set examples to help encourage them to implement the same. There are leaders that can inspire others and leaders who do not. I always want to be an inspirational leader. Inspirational leaders can possess qualities that are unexpected as: • They show their vulnerabilities selectively. They show their likeability and humanity by exposing some weakness. • They rely highly on instincts to gauge their pace and course of action. A capacity to collect and analyse soft data allows them to learn when and how to behave. • The employees are managed with what we term intense empathy. Inspirational leaders empathise with individuals, sincerely and honestly, and they think intensely for the job workers do. • Reveal their disagreements. They draw on what makes them special. Some leaders may not have these attributes, but few people would choose to be guided by this kind of leaders. The four important qualities of leadership as mentioned above is not just about performance. While many of the leaders we have researched during the course really do produce superior financial results, our work has centred on leaders who succeed in empowering people, in winning hearts, minds and souls. Although this is not an ability that is enough, but any seasoned leader can tell that it is worth quite a lot. Indeed, without its good results would be unlikely. [ CITATION Kir91 \l 1033 ] suggest that there are no traits that are uniformly synonymous with good leadership and that external factors are often important.
