In order to address clinical difficulties, models based on evidence were implemented. Furthermore, apply research interpretation to practice to enhance patient outcomes, treatment, and the standard of healthcare. Creating an evidence-based plan and implementing techniques increases the likelihood that a company will achieve its goals (Connor, 2023). However, it doesn’t ensure excellent outcomes. The hospital needs to apply strategic ideas correctly and with complete dedication if it wants to achieve the intended result. The elements of cohesiveness, commitment, and teamwork are necessary for organizational success.
