Question 3 - Have you been provided with experiences designed to sustain and enhance your long-term effectiveness as an educational leader? If so, what are they?

Cohort participants reacted positively to this question. Participants felt the experiences that they had during SCOPE did enhance their long-term effectiveness as an educational leader. Those experiences included theory and practice provided by the presenters as well as the “lunchtime conversations” SCOPE cohort members participated in. Much of the conversation reverted back to the original session where participants got to know their strengths as a leader
