Resources for Enhancing My Competency Skills and an Improvement Plan

There are readily available resources to help enhance my competency skills today. The major resources are the Internet and the current training programs offered by the institution. Based on my personal assessment, the best resources suitable for me are those available over the Internet. The internet is resourceful in enhancing my competency skills as there are a lot of tutorials available, such as videos, articles, and free short courses. I intend to use internet resources during my free time, either at work or at home, to enhance my competency skills.
