The Challenges that I Encountered During the Progression of my Program and How I Overcame

placement. My personal related challenge is being a full-time mom for three beautiful daughters. Two of my kids are very busy with sports that require being out of the house 3 or more days a week. My school challenge is finding time to finish assignments in a timely manner. However, I believe my biggest challenge is striking a balance between school work, my work schedule and family time. Nonetheless, as a nurse professional, I understand that every challenge has got a solution. Therefore, to overcome the earlier mentioned challenges, I rely on friends and family so much. For instance, my kids at times are forced to carpool with their friends to practice. My husband too had to change his work schedule to accommodate the kids’ needs when I am busy with school work. My mom came from California to watch my kids so I can have time to work on school projects
