As an advocate, I am responsible for highlighting the issues that the target population communicates to me. The process of seeking information from the patients provides insight into their perspectives about the situation. It also informs me of the challenges they have experienced during the COVID-19 period and issues they would like to discuss in greater detail in connection to the program. This information impacts the style of delivery, content, and monitoring processes.
